Heute gibt es Zucchini Brot aus dem Gußeisen Topf.
Sehr lecker und die Zucchini schmeckt man nicht wirklich heraus...
Beim Teig kneten hatte ich noch meine Zweifel, ob das gut wird, es fing so bröselig an.
