"Lege doch eine Decision Matrix an" Wie ich es hasse. Zwanghaft alles auf kleine Punkte herunterbrechen, was man eigentlich immer im Kontext sehen muss. Nur um es rot, gelb oder grün einzufärben. Dann kann eine hochbezahlte Führungskraft entscheiden, dass wir die Lösung mit den meisten grünen Punkten nehmen. Fehlt nur noch, dass ich Enten mit Sprechblasen zum besseren Verständnis reinzeichnen soll.
