Phuu, nicht wirklich..man muss ja schon auch hoch zu Ross sitzen, wenn man sich getraut, solch' ein Buch zu schreiben. Konstitutionalisierung erfolgt doch auch im Rahmen einer nationalen Verfassungsgebung und nicht nur durch Überspringen einer nationalistisch-rechtsgerichteten Staatsführung (nach Kollektivismusphase)...libertäre Demokratieformen werden nicht nur blind übernommen; Verfassungsrichter müssen eben auch unbhängig,politisch entkoppelt, autark ernannt werden...
