Ich entdecke ja gerade Ingwerbier für mich, nachdem ich schon immer Ginger Ale mochte.
Gerade stöbere ich nach Rezepten... Wenn man Ingwer mit Zucker fermentieren lässt, ist das ein Gärprozess, der Alkohol entstehen lässt? Wenn ja: lässt sich das verhindern oder muss man dann den Fermentierungsprozess weglassen und quasi Limo mit Ingwer machen? Kaufbares Ingwerbier ist mir (bisher) zu süß...
