Figured it would be useful to look at what sort of newsletter essay I send are more likely than the rest to cause unsubscribes, to see if there's a pattern
The high level conclusion was that just sending anything triggers some unsubscribes, no matter what
The second was that selling or promoting anything caused unsubscribes. Not many, though. About 50% more than the natural churn
The big unsubscribe triggers turned out to be quite random:
Some posts are just less popular than others 🤷♂️
