Google thinks Hveragerði is in the US again, this time Chicago. (Last time it was New York.) The timezone for the Chromebook suddenly moved back five hours.
Throughout this drama, the four different locations it thinks I'm in (three different US cities with Hveragerði in between) ...
I've had the same IP address the entire time!
My latest guess is that whenever anybody on the local network clicks a link to US-only stuff Youtube, it changes the geolocation instead of blocking the request
