Wow, #Apple is already bailing on that observe-only board seat with #OpenAI, and #Microsoft gave up its seat too.
Apparently due to anti-trust investigation concerns.
Now I have problems with #AI like any other reasonable person, but what about those roles could tip over into anti-trust territory? I’m not familiar with this mechanism of observe-only board seats.
