I don't get it. Like really.
I DO get that it is a PITA to wrangle pip-installed stuff and $FAVORITE_PACKGE_MANAGER stuff.
I DO get that virtual envs are good.
But pray tell me.
What is the "replacement" of
```
sudo pip3 install pdbpp
```
*such that*
I can easily do
```
sudo pyhton3 -mpdb
```
and end up with pdb++
I don't see any use case for venvs or pipx in this case.
