I'm trying to figure out how to use the post search feature for a specific (followed) user to filter their posts. As far as I can tell, the "from:.." feature seems to be instance-specific, but some places (specifically the @markwyner blogpost https://markwrites.io/guide-for-using-mastodon-search) suggest this should be relative to the data on my instance (I tested this with @linksgruen_nbg). So far it looks like it only works for boosted Toots.
Is this a #tusky issue or is this by design?
