I’ve long felt that two cards in the Tarot deck need a complete redefinition. As we know, Tarot aficionados are constantly obliged to reassure others against being spooked by the Death and Devil cards. As interest in Tarot art has grown more international, the obligation has only grown more acute. Some cultures take certain symbols very, very seriously.
