I feel bad for all the tech workers left dealing with the mess of this, but I am so relieved that I personally don't work in tech anymore. All of you should be entitled to free beer, pot, and xanax because I'm sure upper management will totally and completely understand there's nothing you can do about it until the outage is resolved and services are operational again. Because all upper management always fully understands IT, of course.
