Yes, even though it didn't come close to some areas of Florida it sure caused a lot of flooding.
It slowed down as I expected, increased in strength but not quite as much as I expected and got more organized. Florida's record amount of rain came from a storm in 1950 and was around 43 inches (109.22 cm) but that wasn't broken, which is good. Georgia and the Carolina's might not be so lucky as it's slower now and going to drop a lot of rain. It'll cause a few more deaths because people don't take the flooding or a tropical storm seriously enough.
