First people became overweight. Now it’s cars. In my lifetime I’ve seen cars go from elephant-size to mouse-size and we’re pretty much back to a lot of elephants on the road again. Imagine how much fuels we’d have saved and how much cleaner the planet would be if we’d invested in making the small cars ultra-fuel-efficient. Clearly, a lot of people have way too much money.
