Done caulking over the faulty grouting between the tiles. Look at those sneaky little holes it had!
Also filled a crack in a tile and some dodgy stuff around the steel pipes.
A roll of masking tape died for these sins.
After that I removed the wet and mouldy PU spray foam from the bottom, cut some dense floor insulation into small strips and gooped those into the big gaps. Gotta wait for all this to cure now.
