Für was ist ein Returncode im Programm wichtig?
Der return code, welcher von einem Programm zurückgegeben wird, kann in der shell abgefragt werden.
$ grep EXIT_SUCCESS /usr/include/stdlib.h
#define EXIT_SUCCESS 0 /* Successful exit status. */
EXIT_SUCCESS ist als 0 definiert - kein Fehler.
Wird ein Programm fehlerhaft beendet, so wird ein code > 0 zurückgegeben.
