So, you've got an app which has some items with due date set. People from different time zones can be interested in such items.
Let's say that John from Tokyo (JP, GMT+9), and Peter from San Francisco (US West, GMT-7) will be reminded on due date, e.g. August 10th. Technically, a day starts 16h earlier in Tokyo than in SF (and also your server's time can be any time zone).
When would you send the "hey, this is due today" notification?
