building an application that will allow us to make changes in multiple git repositories simultaneously.

Gather all repositories from the provided organizations and individual repositories.
Merge the lists and exclude specified repositories.
For each repository that is not excluded, create a temporary directory, clone the repository, apply the changes, and run tests.
If the tests pass, create a pull request.
Configuration for an application that will allow us to make changes in multiple git repositories simultaneously.
