I'm not an HVAC technician, nor do I play one on TV.
That said, I have twice fixed problems with an air conditioner by holding a vacuum to the end of the drainage tube, and using my fingers as a loose adapter. This sucks out dust clumps that are clogging the drainage tube.
Do it with a wet/dry vac, or a vacuum you don't care much about.
