It seems to me, in our work culture you're supposed to want responsibilities. But I don't see the point. Getting responsibilities only gets you a gigantic workload and pressure from all sides, as everyone will be dissatisfied with your handling of those responsibilities.
Some people tell me, that it comes with seeing others handling them badly and thinking "I can do this better" but honestly, I've never seen a situation, where I considered myself more qualified than others 🤔
