Late night thought prompted by clearing out a bunch of dresses I used to wear to work all the time: when I 'finished' my PhD and started a full-time office job in 2016, I thought going out to work every day would be the template for rest of my life, but 2016-2020 turned out to be an interlude between mostly being home-based.
WFH suits me better, but it's still weird/interesting to think about what I've gone/grown through in the past eight years.
