Someone living at my great-grandfather's old house runs a Tempest weather station (I got one last Christmas). The weather station is positioned more or less where the photographer for this photo (my father) was standing.

Of the men, Fred Lord has a coat and tie, the other's not, except for Uncle Steve the (long-sleeve) shirts are button to the top.
