Today I've decided to torture myself with a mix of strength training, animal flow and barre

1️⃣ Hanging scapular contraction x8
2️⃣ Animal flow beast position, removing one support point at a time (right hand, left hand, right foot, left foot) x4/point
3️⃣ Barre combo: tabletop hip abduction, circles (both directions), rainbows x10/leg
4️⃣ Push-up x4
5️⃣ V-up x8
6️⃣ Skater squat x8/leg
It was my first time trying the skater squat and I had a few bloopers!
