A thing I was playing with recently, was "how has the minimum summer temperature on the Florida Gulf Coast changed over the years?" The summer daily minimum is a rough proxy for the dew point which in turn is a proxy for the temperature of the Gulf. There are weather stations that have operated more or less daily since 1892 (these are BIG spreadsheets). I'll try to make more, more would be better.
