Good Morning Peeps :)
Back in the water at 6am for another shore swim, 2 days after falling onto the rocks and back into the sea when getting out...my scrapes all stung a bit, but salt water is good for cuts...right?!
So, 12 x 50m (ish) laps today for a total of 600m (ish) plus plenty of floating and watching the sunrise.
Really good swim today, found my footing again and no mishaps getting in and out.
Now...Food! so so peckish.
