How is this possible when the US has such deep systemic racism in every other system as measured by any social demographic metric ever conceived of?
The key problem with the studies in this meta analysis is that all of the studies were based on producing paper candidates and randomly assigned race to the candidates. Then, asked the participants how they reacted to the candidates.
That isn't an accurate reflection of how people actually assess candidates.
