of all the shows that should have been lost to time, Oceangirl is one of them.
for some reason they were pushing this show super hard back in the day, advertising the crap out of it. this was around the Sailor Moon boom, so i guess somebody figured they got the next Sailor Moon on their hands here. pfff yeah right.
this show stinks. nonsense plot, bland characters, awful, AWFUL animation.
