I now live in SE Kansas, but years of living through hurricane season in Florida mean I’m still watching the Weather Channel nonstop as #Debby moves around the state. FWIW our worst times came when we lived in West Palm Beach, where #Frances and #Jeanne gave us back-to-back knockout blows one year and #Wilma crossed the Peninsula whack us the next year. Wilma’s eye passed over us and we spent that time clearing branches from storm drains.
