Exercises 1️⃣ and 6️⃣ made me cry for real! I'm particularly bad at side planks, so that means I'll have to include them more often in my sessions.

2️⃣ Is instead a failed exercise because I couldn't find something to block my feet and try a real Nordic curl 😄🤌!
