This set of out-and-proud bones is from someone who lived long ago in a patriarchal society that emphatically insisted feelings and such are for sissies. They spent their life fighting and being a jerk and died in middle age. Their grave was desecrated decades later, and the skull and crossbones are all that's left, somewhat the worse for wear. Long after casting off their mortal coil, they also cast off their machismo bullshit and began to explore their queer identity. They're bumbling their way through it with great enthusiasm! They're not precisely sure where they fit and sometimes their terminology is off, but their figurative heart is in the right place!! Everyone at the skeleton pride parade loves their energy. Their newly chosen name for their far-more-rainbow-filled afterlife is Glovis (pronounced glow-vis). A dual image of Glovis, a black-beaded skull and crossbones limned in vaguely rainbow pastels. On the left Glovis is pictured against a dark background, while on the right they're atop a white piece of paper, showing more clearly that their eyeholes are unbeaded.
