It's an interesting article, and my own study and research would concur with the idea that #leadership is becoming more participative generally.
Yet, I quibble with the idea of leader traits, instead wanting to see more of what it means to lead, not what it means to be a lead-ER.
Semantic? Perhaps. But I believe leader-SHIP is something anyone can exercise, regardless of role.
