Good morning peeps :)

Out at 5:08am for my run, I was really up for it this morning, my plan to shave a bit of my pace, and keep it more even to compensate for the morning warmth... which oddly was a nicer-cooler 24°c 74% humidity.

Anyway, I managed to run my 3rd fastest 10k of all time...so the secret is to go fast, go slow...lol...or something like that, perhaps being relaxed and in the right headspace helps, or the swimming is helping...I dunno, but I like it.

Underneath is a little bronze medal to show this was my 3rd fast 10k of all time, which is 1.15.56. 7.36 m/km. Under that the overall distance of 10.88km is displayed at an average pace of 7.42 m/km... jacking right off when I passed the 10km mark.
