A branch, heavily laden with quince fruit, stretches diagonally from the bottom left to the top right of this photo. In the background are many more green branches of the tree and a blue sky above. IDK if this is a decorative tree or if the fruit are edible. In any case, it seems that quince have to be cooked before they can be eaten. Also, I've read it's best to collect them before they get bruised or damaged, which could be tricky here as these branches hang over an asphalt pedestrian pavement. The path below (out of shot) is covered in fallen fruit.
