Good morning peeps:)
First run after my slip and fall 10 days ago, managed 10.61km (just about) ran out of gas badly today, the 27°C 84% humidity had a lot to do with that - I always find running difficult at this time of year.
Still, getting out was more important than time taken, which is just as well as I slowed to a crawl after 7km, and found myself jeffing my way home.
