Like, for sure schools are problematic and I would’ve preferred to not be lumped in with rooms full of basic conformists.

That said, absenteeism “since the pandemic” is not on the rise due to kids discovering online learning and deciding they prefer it. But, if you only see Covid as a “watershed moment” instead of a still widely-circulating virus with post-infection complications that impact kids, you’ll ignore that kids are going through some big shit, actually.
