Status: went to the ER last night: after two near-faints, my fancy new Apple Watch told me I had an arrhythmia. My lovely wife drove us downtown.
I'm usually a Nice Guy, often a Funny Guy at such times. After five hours on an IV and seeing the arrhythmia light still on, I had something of a moment of anxiety. A tiny pill of hydroxizine and I was napping quietly, whereupon my heart rhythm "converted" to normal.
Staggered out into the dawn light. This aging business is no fun.
