#TikTok scrolling made people reason less reflectively?
Swiping through TikTok videos made people perform worse on a reflection test than interacting with the videos without swiping (N ≈ 200ish Chinese students based on a pilot study of ≈ 50).
And the first study found a correlation between watching short videos and lower reflection test performance.
