Had a long day and I'm so tired I might actually get a full night of sleep. Had a checkup from the doc and it's the best checkup I've had since I started going regularly back TO a doctor the past 4 years.
She was super psyched at my progress and didn't have any weird spikes I needed to be concerned with. Just told me to "keep up what you're doing, it's working fine and I'll see you in 6 months." I was so worried that something else would crop up, but some simple changes (and getting into a routine for my heath) have done me well.
It takes a lot of paying attention to do right for yourself, and I took WAY too long to learn that lesson... but it's paying off. I can't wait to see how things are gonna be 6 months from now. I just have to keep it up and be disciplined. It's a helluva great step, and I have a bit of hope in me now that I can turn my life around.
