(As I’ve noted before, the subtitles in Japanese travel videos on YouTube are a gift that keeps on giving.)
Still picture from a Japanese YouTube travel video on my TV. A table in a famiresu (fast-casual chain restaurant). On it, a rectangular cast-iron plate with two small hambagu (Salisbury steak) patties, some potato wedges, sliced onion, and broccoli. Around the plate, a paper collar about 10cm high, which is supposed to stop the still-cooking meat from spattering over the table. Subtitle at the bottom of the screen: "Exciting beef beat"
