I wish all national elections were ONLY 4-6 months long, had serious limits on donations to both campaigns and PACs, and included dedicated free (also recorded) TV time to understanding candidates, issues, and policy proposals.
It would never happen, but I truly wish that campaign-style events were limited in time and funding particularly, so the nation could focus on problem-solving and legislating in the intervening months and years.
