Gotta love UPS' tracking app's Dutch version which lists "in transit internally" as "onderweg" and "out for delivery" as "is onderweg".
Yes, that word means "underway". Adding "is" doesn't make it mean anything else.
The English version of the same has "on the way" and "out for delivery" for those.
So long as they're not both identical, it passes their QA? If there was any.
I can still understand it, but wow does it look like they 100% do not care about NotEnglish.
