A significant portion of #job ads are now AI generated crap and most have over 500 applicants within a few days.
I wonder how many of those are AI generated. Either by actual humans trying to shortcut or straight up lying about their skills or companies trying to flood each other's HR departments with bots to make hiring the right person for the job impossible.
