I turn 57 next month, and in hindsight I'm now glad I was shy and introverted in my younger days (and still mostly am). Those aggressive "ladies man" types seem to have grown into the biggest assholes causing today's problems. Maybe being shy kept me from becoming an asshole too. (Although some say I'm still an asshole...)
