Here is what I learned, on my Icom 746, ACC 1 is used for HF and 6 meters and ACC 2 is used for VHF.
My cord is for the Kantronics KPC3 to the ACC 1 port.
I also learned the KPC3 can do 300 baud and was able to communicate with my SCS modem.
Now to figure out what to do with this knowledge.
