Immunity ruling: Top line: A president is not fully immune. 6-3, three liberal justices dissenting. Sotomayor's dissenting opinion. Personal acts aren't immune, presidential acts CAN be immune, but there is SOME presumption of immunity for official acts. Obviously this presumption is nowhere in the Constitution. Fuck me.
