Somewhere on the edge of Takasaki in Gunma Prefecture in Japan, this exists.
No, I have no idea whether the name refers to what they do to the bread dough, or what they do to each other, or what they do to their customers.
Google Street view of the delightfully-named Spank Bakery in Takasaki, Japan. It's a building that looks like a two-storey detached house (which it may once have been), but with a shop front where the living-room window would be, and an awning above the shop entrance. On the gable above the shop front, in English, a sign saying 'HOME BAKERY' and in much larger letters the name of the business, which is 'Spank'. On the awning over the door, in Japanese, it says 'freshly made bread shop'.
