Two thoughts.
1. Read a transcript of the debate. We see substance from one candidate and ravings from the other. What we saw from Biden was poor verbal performance, and I'm not sure why.
2. Insist on a full neuropsychological exam of both Biden and Trump. Use the same team on both. Go with the 8 hour exam. It doesn't have to be taken in a single day, it is common to spread it over 2-3 days. Make all results public. If a candidate preps for the test, they must withdraw from the race.
