you'd think Ukraine's guilt was pretty certain. The first paragraph, also typically scanned, is even more explicit about Ukraine's guilt. It's not until the 14th of 14 paragraphs that doubt creeps in about the WSJ's sourcing, about a few drunk guys on a destructive lark. Bullshit.
