Giving young people a credible party to vote for will change the political landscape.
There has long been criticism that young people don’t vote, but politics has to address the issues vital to them.
The #Green Party conducted a campaign that addressed not only climate action, but also:
- Fuel poverty
- Child poverty
- Rent controls
- Gaza
- Trans rights
These issues really resonated with students at the university hustings I attended.
