If someone shot you in the ear, your hand would touch your ear and then you'd look at your hand and see the blood. Trump never looked at his hand. Most people who've been shot, or even shot at go into shock, not pump their fist and tell the crowd to 'fight fight' like a kid on a playground trying to egg others on.
