I regularly check the property market in my local area for two reasons:
a) I harbour a dream that I will persuade my parents to move, I just need to find the right quirky, affordable property.
b) I’m curious about EPCs of local properties.
Tonight I was shocked to see the first property in my search was my neighbour who lives directly opposite me. He’s lived here all his life and now is about 60. He has been alone since his mum died about 3 years ago. I can’t imagine our street without him.
